1. Before Picture Day

2-3 weeks prior to Picture Day, your picture day packet will be delivered with posters, director information sheets, and reminder stickers for the children.

Hang up the posters in a visible place to promote picture day!

1 week prior to picture day, please email us class rosters with siblings marked. Please also have divorced parents marked so we can print two packages.

If you have more than 1 day scheduled for us, please divide the school into age groups with a mix of ages each day.

The day before picture day, put the reminder stickers on the children's clothing before they leave for the day.
2. Picture Day

Photographers will arrive on time, energetic, and ready to capture those smiles!

Before starting, we will touch base with you and make sure to go over any special instructions you may have.

Once we are done for the day, we will ask that you sign the roster that everyone was photographed.
3. After Picture Day

1-2 weeks after the photoshoot, we will bring back beautifully edited proofs for the parents/guardians to order from

At the same time we will be dropping off the purple order box. Parents can drop their orders in the the box by the due date listed on the proof.

The day after the due date, a team member will come by and pick up the box.

Orders turned in by the due date will be brought back to the school 1-2 weeks later.

Late orders made online will have a handling fee and either be mailed to the parent's home or brought back to the school at a later date

Late order will not be brought with the on time orders.
